So claims Jonathan Tasini, a writer who blogged for her and was never paid, in his lawsuit against her. His suit says further that she received "unjust enrichment" under federal law. And accuses her of deceptive business practices. And that Huffington built her business and reaped tens of millions of dollars off the BACKS OF UNPAID LABOR!
Is that charge in dispute? Does she deny using bloggers and not paying them? I think she admits she did that. How could she deny it? Everyone knows this. She probably justifies it in her mind. Any mind can justify anything. We know that.
She was on Tavis Smiley PBS show. I'll bet he didn't even bring up these charges. I used to try to watch this guy. But he so biased he's wacko. Are we the American taxpayers paying his salary too? Whoa. If we are, I think we should fire him then he would have something to complain about for real - being jobless and poor, like the rest of us. Ha!
Huffington may have been making tens of millions (whoa that's a lot of ******* money!)off the backs of unpaid labor, like the law suit says, but I can say for sure that she's a liar!! I watched her on television lying through her teeth. What upset me was I knew that there are a lot of uninformed people who would believe her. What's her problem? Why would she do that? I can only conclude, she's evil.
I think she said Sean Hannity and O'Reilly (nobody sucks up to Obama like O'Reilly, so I really don't know how she thought she'd get away with lying on him. Everybody knows he sucks up to the Obamas. I know she was lying because I watch these guys ever since the night during the election my husband and I caught Anderson Cooper and Wolf Blitzer trying to convince the audience that Obama was going to win when we were sitting home looking at the numbers that were clearly showing Hilliary was winning. We said aw shit! Whoa, these guys are trying to pull a fast one here. They are not objective they clearly want Obama to win. This was before I'd read, I don't even know if he'd written it yet, 28 year news veteran at ABC Bernie Goldberg had written his book for all to read about the bias of the mainstream media, "A Slobbering Love Affair," is Bernie's book title. What kind of reporter s are they? My husband and I were shocked. And that was the beginning of the end of us being among the ranks of Left Wing Sheep! Actually me, my husband stopped be a baa baa because Dinkins and Carter had destroyed any respect he had had for the Left Wing's intelligence or love of America. I guess Howard Stern's video where he says "the democrats are communists. I will never vote for another democrat" was not unlike my husband 's earlier realizations.
Who saw giggling Chuck Scarborough hearing Lawrence O'Donnel proudly proclaim on a 9 a.m. NBC owned cable show that he is a socialist - you sob that treason is not what Scarborough said, he simply giggled. That's socialist not communist. Hey to me they're kissing cousins - poverty, slavery again, peasants except the top dogs.
So I just met a young liberal democrat progressive. We had a conversation. I mentioned the "kill kracker babies" screamer that got a pass from the Left. She said I didn't know about him. Of course not I said, you would have to watch Fox to know that. What about early on, the $23,000 one night date he spent thrifted on Michelle, What? You weren't watching Fox or you would have known that. What about T.Boone Pickens saying to his friend, Eric Bohling on Fox Business Network that he had to spend/lose$2 billion to learn that windmills needed wind. What? Yea if had watched Fox Business Network you would know Boone's change of heart based on new information. You didn't by chance see that Dutch guy warning America that they'd tried using windmills centuries before. They do not work he warned. Did you see the founder of the weather channcl talking that the 30,000 scientists who all say so global warming oh er now called climate change is hooey. Clearly I'm paraphrasing. But no, it's not true, not real. No one this founder guy said, will allow them to tell us, the country of their findings except: You guess it, FOX NEWS.
I talk to Liberals every chance I get. They are completely uninformed. The minute I bring up the debt to China (what? we owe China? Or The Right stands for working hard and loving God and equal opportunity for all. What? They hate the Right yet they don't know what the Right stands for.
They didn't watch Howard Stern's producer YouTube Video when he went up to Harlem during the election. He asked people randomly who they were voting for/ You guessed it, all said Obama. But the tragic discovery was they had no idea what Obama stood for. The interviewing producer switched platforms. He asked the people if they would have a problem (then he inserted McCain's position) Obama picking Sarah Palin as his running mate, "No," they answered. Stem cell? "No." I
I told my husband not to underestimate white guilt or black racism. I already knew that they'd packaged and marketed this guy as a regular American black man. And I already knew that black people including Oprah who pushed him hard onto the public were voting for him for 1 reason. Curtis Sliwa says to Obama: Your protection is your complexion. We already know that. Who's kidding who. So many of the public figures that I loved have fallen and broken their spell on me as I see the racism that I presumed we'd risen above, following Dr. Martin Luther King's suggestion, which Glenn Beck's always quoting, "content of your character, not the color of your skin. I don't know what to you say when your free market system allows someone to accumulate $300,000 and they're still not free of racism? What does it take for people to heal?
But I do know that the Democrats must keep their followers ignorant because I talk to them and I realize if they knew the facts, if they read the research in the many books available or if they didn't hate Fox which they've never watched (how anti intellectual is that?) and knew the facts there's no way they'd go along with the idiocy of the political class at this stage. No way.
There was a blackout of Atlas Shrugged because the Left dared not allow their followers some call them sheep to see such an intelligent honest movie. They have to keep them ignorant. I said to my new friend what did she think of Bill Mayh calling Sarah Palin a "cunt?" What? It was on Fox News, dear.
You didn't know that Glenn Beck had 3 shows on black founders? "No." No other network educates like Fox News. Glenn Beck had some shows on the Women Founders. Did you know there were Women Founders? Er no. How about the show he did with audiences of black conservatives. 2. He did two shows like that. It was exciting and wonderful. They were not sheep. There were bright, and expressed themselves honestly. It was amazing. "Oh."
She did say one thing that had bothered her. She'd seen George Soros say he was God or imply it. She did know and said that he was evil. Is evil. Yes, dear I know. ***** man runs the Democrats. They dared not let that air because the people would clearly see what they didn't have. I must say my liberal visitor and I came together on one subject, Lt. Col Congressman Allen West. Of course she'd never heard of him before. You'd have to watch Fox News or Fox Business Network which she was so proud to say she'd never watch, or YouTube Videos to get an honest assessment of this man, I described to her as a George Washington consciousness type, as in the highest under Spiritual Consciousness. We're watching various YouTubes that I'm clicking on and I'm saying did you hear that and she's saying wow! I said to her I knew this man was special the first time I heard him ad libbing. I dared not dream that he might run for president until I heard Glenn Beck and Stu on radio talking about him. Beck was so desiring him to be president that he said , I'm going to trick him into running.
Then I got my hopes up. Now I'm planning to figure out how to get a petition going to let Col West know his country needs him while his country still exists somewhat. My liberal friend forgot she's a liberal because she said she'd sign the petition. Can you imagine a Statesman like Lt Col West not being known in America not even among black people - only Fox News and Fox Business Network viewers are fortunate enough to know him? It's an outrage. I thank God that I'm blessed and not still a sheep or what Erik Rush in his brilliant book, Negrophilia, describes as brainwashed propagandized, yep that about describes me for 50 of my 66 years on earth.
So my new friend and I are on the same page with our Spiritual leanings. I told her I felt close to her since the first time I saw her. It's true. When she left, she called me sister. Brown Wine back into Water video, with and without lyrics, Sneasy and Abigail and Sneasy channel, Howard Stern plays Ted Dansen and Whoopsie (my friend pointed out that the actor playing Whoopsie was George Jefferson)the name and address of a organization that loans money to new small businesses, a book by an Eastern Mystic, the names of books to buy: Negrophilia and The Roots Of Obama's Rage, info as to how she can start her own blogtalkradio show, I guess that's about it.
I told my daughter that she left with 12% of what's in my brain that I've taken all these many years to collect. I loved it. I crave sharing. There aren't a lot of opened minded people - at least i haven't come across them except Teabook.org They say they like me. They say I'm an excellent writer. One guy thanked me. Oh whoa. This is new. All I do is try to provoke thought and discussion and encourage people to read peoples hard work/research instead of being not much more alive than window shades, or floor lamps, we can use our brains and be human beings.
Did I make it clear why I know Puffington Huff was lying on tv because I watch those guys she claims distorts. They provide PROOF. That's how they got me. They were not just name calling and smearing they'd were stating facts upon facts and giving websites and books and videos where you could double check what they were saying. I said oh my God these people are smart, they've done their home work. And I was hooked. Hey like Beck says, the truth has no agenda. And I find it irresistible.
My friend became animated when she said Fox only talks their point of view, that's why she will NEVER watch them. I thought oh my God another one, this girl knows nothing. So I asked her, ever heard of Kirsten Powers who writes for the NEw York Post? No. A liberal always on Fox ad nauseum. How about Juan Williams which I have been muting for a long time. Not the bright bulb in the lamp to me. Poor Brit Hume he tries to reason with Juan. He gets so frustrated when Juan says his idiotic biases passing for logic. But when Juan was fired by NPR Rupert Murdock gave him $2,000,000 and to my horror more air time to express his boring (sorry BS is always boring, at least to me) progressives' sound bites. No my new friend never heard of Juan. Allan Colmes whose idea of debate is like Sharpton's talk over the opponent and bring up every irrelevant bit of information you can think of to hide the fact that there is no defense for the position you're suppose to be defending, so you have to distract the other guy. No she never heard of Alan, nor Jacques from Harlem? Carl Jeffers? No. Bob Beckel? No. Ellison from Newsweek? No. Leis Weil? No. So the point is she didn't know that Fox ALWAYS has the opposite point of view or irrefutable proof of what the host is saying. I told you these people on the Left are dangerously uninformed. They are casting ballots for high offices with no knowledge.
John Stossel did a show on Fox Business Network where he was exploring whether these uninformed people should vote. I'm with him. If you're too lazy to bone up on the facts. Or so biased you won't learn the other side then you should get a deck of card and go somewhere and play solitaire until the election is over That way you do the least damage to the Republic.
The guy who heads some black chamber of commerce is pissed at Obama for pretty much ruining them. He admits that he voted for Obama because he's black. So I say, we're stuck with him because you and so many like you are racists. You're getting what you deserve. You didn't vote for who you thought was the best president for our nation. You voted for some guy because the sun browned his skin. What did you expect, good governing? You've done enough damage. I'd slink away and find a place to pray if I were you. Frankly, I don't know how else you'll be able to live with yourself after what you've done to all of us. I never liked white racists. And I never liked black racists either.
On a lighter note, it felt so good to talk with someone who was after the first hour receptive to my knowledge and experiences. She loved the kids in my video. Mostly, my grandkids. I couldn't get any of those YouTube videos to play beyond 6 seconds. Later I said to her you take down the names and watch them later on your computer. We were suppose to talk not to listen to videos. Even Josh Groben and Charlotte Church singing the exquisite, Carol Bayer Sager song, "The Prayer" wouldn't play all the way through for us.
Back to where we began, Mr. Tasini is a hero to writers. The Supreme Court ruled in favor of him and his colleagues in 2001 in a landmark and successful case against the New York Times - which affirmed freelancers' rights in the digital age.
The Newspaper Guild, 26,000 writers and editors want to strike Puffington Huff'- an endeavor led by Bill Lasarow, Visual Arts Source and ArtScene. By the way Puff's the Head of AOL now. She's already cut 900 jobs.
I can't help but know the people who are always smearing Corporations for making money even though they give a great many people jobs and PAY them, and even though this a still a free market economy and making money is allowed, aren't saying much about Puffington's making tens of millions of dollars off the backs of unpaid labor. See now, I think that's bad!
